Register for Member Self Service
Registering for Member Self Service is a simple two-step process.
Step 1
Complete the form below and press submit. If your name, date of birth and national insurance number matches our records, you will receive an email to the email address entered below within 2 working days. If we already hold an email address for you on record that matches the email used below, you will receive an email immediately.
Step 2
Once you click the link in the email, you will then be taken to a page to complete the registration. You need to enter a Username and other security details such as Password and Security Questions (which are used to log in to MSS in the future) to help keep your account safe and secure.
Note
The email may show in your inbox as coming from 'Flintshire' and the link in the email is only valid for 72 hours. If you do not register within this time, please complete this sign up form again to request another email. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive emails from us.
