Register for Member Self Service
Registering for Member Self-Service is a simple two-step process.
Step 1
Complete the form below and press submit. If your name, date of birth and national insurance number matches our records, you will receive an activation link to the email address you enter below within two working days.
If we already hold an email address for you on record that matches the email you use below, you will receive an activation link straight away.
Step 2
Once you click the link in your email, you will be taken to a page to complete the registration. You need to create a username, password and answers to security questions, to help keep your account safe and secure.
You will need to use your username, password and security answers every time you want to log in to MSS in the future.
Note
- The email that we send to you may show in your inbox as coming from a 'Flintshire' email address.
- The link in the email is only valid for 72 hours.
- If you do not register within this time, please complete this sign up form again to request another activation link.
